We call the house ''Ellis Island''. Built in 1995, it is a charming upside down house that sits on the highest location in Tom Nevers with sunrise/sunset views and a distant ocean panorama. Sleeps up to 11 in 4 bedrooms and loft. See Sankaty Light from the lovely wraparound deck with all day sun. Fully equipped kitchen and there's an espresso machine, HDTV with DVD and wireless internet (Comcast). Quiet, large yard for croquet and frisbee. Outdoor shower. Ten minute walk to Tom Nevers beach. Makes a great vacation home for 2 families to share.
Everyone loves this house. Michelle, the head of our cleaning service, tells us she likes sitting on the deck and reading a book in the sun after she is done preparing the house for the next guests.
