I was driving down the highway when my cell phone rang with a gentleman
inquiring about my rental unit and asking for more information. I suggested
that he click the video icon underneath the first picture on my listing, and
view his video to experience all that his rental has to offer. The conversation
ended. In five minutes, my cell phone rang again and the same gentleman was
calling back! Only this time he wasn't inquiring about my rental, he was
calling to book it! My video gave him a great overall view of the rental, beach
and area. The video allowed him to go beyond the still pictures on my listing,
and truly visualize where he would be staying on his vacation.

After seeing Joan and Jeff Talmadge being interviewed about their website on the
TV show Chronicle, we posted our newly purchased Popponesset home on their

feature truly showcases our home, and the responses from the vacationers have

Thanks to your help I have my condo rented for two weeks so far in May! People that visit the sight loved the video and sold them on the unit. At this point I want to pursue the same for my Vineyard property.

A potential renter recently asked if we had more pictures to show his family
because they get so excited about their vacation, and it was such a relief to
be able to direct them to the video on our website. Not only did it give them a
great vantage point of the interior and exterior of our home, but they could
see Upper Mill Pond, too. It was hassle free for me as a homeowner and took
absolutely no time as in years past when I would have to download a series of
pictures and e-mail them.

The video that you put together of our beach house has made a big impression on
people who have come to our site on WeNeedaVacation.com while looking for a
vacation rental. After viewing this video, these people have gotten the feel of
our house and beach and have had only positive things to say about it all. The
video has allowed these people to get a thumbnail sketch of what their vacation
could be all about. We have booked up quicker this year than we have in the
past several years. I can't help but think that your video has made all the
difference.

Houses for the homeowner are a lot like babies for their parents. We are so
proud and want to show them off to anyone who will take the time to look at our
"brag book." In the case of rental properties, this is so true. Like proud
parents, we homeowners forget that the pictures are dated, the sun wasn't
shining or the baby had egg on his face.
Welcome the video or montage. Suddenly our house looks fresh and appealing. The
angle of the room shows that great wall of windows, bringing in tons of light
and making the family room look like a room in "House Beautiful" magazine. Wow!
Is that our rental house? Maybe we could get more rent per week!
I love seeing the "new house with the new video" and have had more and more
interest from Ireland to Switzerland once the video was up and running. I think
that a fresh look at an already great property is a valuable marketing and
selling tool.

I am very pleased with my bookings this year. I
have never been completely booked this early, which is definitely a bonus. I am
still getting inquiries for early June. A few from other sites have requested
more pictures and it was great being able to direct them to WeNeedaVacation.com
to see my many pictures and the video! I am planning to keep all the extras
when I renew this summer. I appreciate all the extra time you all have
dedicated to me!
