Is is perfectly situated less than one mile from the town beach and is walking/biking distance to the local library, playground, post office, golf course, Cape Cod Baseball League field, town dock and general store. Cotuit is just over an hour from most Boston suburbs and is easliy accessible from both the Sagamore and Bourne bridges. There is plenty of great activities in Cotuit from swimming, boating, sailing, kayaking, tennis, golf, hiking or just relaxing. It is a quiet town with no major attractions and limited tourist interest -- a great family spot.
