Located just 1.5 short miles from South Beach Edgartown Estates is just off the bike path in a nice neighborhood. The main house has 4 bedrooms and 3 baths that sleeps 12. Featuring high ceilings, skylights, oversized windows. The gourmet kitchen has marble countertops, stainless steel appliances and a delightful sunlit sitting area. The widows walk allows great views of the entire Katama area. The adjoining guest house is a cute cottage that sleeps 6 featuring bamboo flooring and a gourmet kitchen. Great house for entertaining large groups!!!
