The home is in a quiet part of 'Sconset a short walk or bike ride from 'Sconset center where there is a general store (ice cream a specialty), four restaurants, and a post office.
There is a huge fireplaced family room and an adjacent living room with a vaulted ceiling and another TV. Two full tile baths were recently redone. Comes with lots of beach books,puzzles and games. Wireless highspeed internet is part of the package.
Master bedroom upstairs, with view of the ocean, has a fully tiled bath beside it. Downstairs are two twin bedded bedrooms and full tiled bath; there is an outside shower to clean the sand from the beach. The kitchen is complete with dishes and all needed cookware.
