Enjoy the walk to the beach or use the included beach pass which will get you free parking if you choose to load up the car for a day of fun.
After the beach, bike or drive to nearby Main Street Hyannis for an unlimited amount of shopping, fine & casual dining, fun for kids galore and night life. The Cape Cod Mall & Melody Tent are also minutes away.
You can save some space on the drive up, as we provide the following for your convenience: games, puzzles, movies, books & toys for all ages, beach chairs (4), boogie boards (3), skim board, pack-n-play and high chair.

As you enter the tastefully decorated home, to your left is a dining room with seating for 8. To your right is a family room with comfortable seating and a TV with DVD. Wireless internet connection available. The newly tiled kitchen is well equipped and has a small cafe table. The master bedroom downstairs has a queen bed. The bedrooms upstairs consist of one room with two twin beds (can be pushed together for a king)and the other bedroom also has two single twin beds as well as a set of bunk beds with a pull out trundle. This room also has a TV with DVD and a PS1 (playstation) to keep the kids occupied. All the bedrooms have air conditioner units, new mattresses, pillows and quilts. All the rooms have been freshly painted. The downstairs bathroom has a shower/tub. The upstairs bathroom has a new stand-up shower. Both bathrooms have new tile.
Outside is a deck with comfortable furniture, a table with umbrella -great for eating meals outside, a fenced in back yard with a volleyball set (we do not keep this up, it is stored in the shed) and most important a new outdoor shower for that true Cape Cod feel after a day at the beach. Very private, well shaded front and back yard.
