Because the home abuts forever-wild on two sides, you may often see wildlife wandering about. The home has 4000 sq. ft. and is only 450 feet from the bike paths and shuttle stop.
There are two complete laundry areas, one on the second floor and the other in the garage. An afterswim outside enclosed hot/cold shower area helps to keep sand outside. Many games, books, boogie boards, beach chairs, umbrella, backyard games, jogging stroller, booster chair, pack & go, beach toys, tv's and videos are in the home for guests use. |
