Madaket Info
PiACK is an escape from regular life. If it is important that your kids spend a day digging a hole in the CLEAN Nantucket sand while you read a book or stare at the waves this is the place for you.
Teenagers can safely escape to town on the shuttle which is only 200 yards away. Our home is simply decorated, with comfortable furniture (no dusty antiques) Bring a jacket to sit on the deck & watch the stars, or the sunset.
Our bedding is all up to date & has all been freshly washed & dried in the sun this spring.
The house is a classic Nantucket upside down layout, with the living areas on the 2nd floor with the breezes, sky & pond views. This level has a very well equipped kitchen, a large open dining/living room, and a bathroom that was new in 2005. The deck has a teak table & seating for 8, the barbecue & the essential hammock.
The ground floor has 2 bedrooms each with a queen bed, and a single bed in one. The sliders open to the covered patio where we store bikes and kayaks.
