Our Cotuit beach home is surrounded by estate properties. Its private location and beach commands the entry channel into Cotuit Bay. It comprises about one acre of fenced in private grounds with a private tidal salt(no mosquitos) water pond. There is over 180 feet of exclusive private white sandy beachfront. Sea water temps 70-80 degrees July-August. Many families return, year after year. This is our family’s own relaxing fully furnished and decorated home including high speed wireless Internet. Sleeping accommodations are a second floor loft queen size master suite, one twin bedroom on the main floor, plus one day bed and a full pull-out couch both in the family room. This house is directly on the sand - kick off your shoes - sandy feet are welcome. In July 2008 Cape Cod Life - Best On-Beach Rental. Rowboat, kayaks and sunfish sailboat are included.
