Come and enjoy the preservation of up-island in one of the most desirable locations on the Vineyard in this new 3-bedroom home with expansive water views of Vineyard Sound and the Elizabeth Islands. This house offers everything.
The bedrooms were designed for privacy one - at each end of the house and the other on the top floor, and there are 2.5 bathrooms and a private outside shower. The open floor plan includes cathedral ceilings, a fireplace and a dining area to accommodate 10 people. The kitchen has all stainless steel appliances. Enjoy the large mahogany roof deck for star gazing, a mahongany front porch to watch the boats go by, or the screened-in porch to have dinner in the evenings and watch the twinkling lights of the Cape.
Great yard for the kids to play. Walk down a path to miles of private beach! Or walk to Menemsha Pond which is one of the best beaches on the Island for families. Take the bike ferry over to Menemsha Harbor and get an ice cream (continued below)
