The King Bed has the Most Comfortable pillow top mattress you will ever sleep on. The Master Bath carries on the vaulted ceiling theme and the generous Jacuzzi Bath and separate shower stall will allow you to slip into luxury.
Upstairs there are Two Beautifully Appointed Bedrooms, one with a Queen bed and the other with two Full beds. A Full Bath with Double Sinks services the two bedrooms. Located over the garage is a Fourth Bedroom suite with a King bed, Recliner Chair, TV, Table and Chairs, small Refrigerator and Coffee Maker. This bedroom is serviced by a Full Bath with Twin Sinks. Perfect for In-Laws, Grandparents and Other Couples the suite offers an opportunity for its inhabitants to gain additional Privacy and Comfort.
Outside is a Spacious Deck in a Private Enclosed Garden. The deck is Fully Furnished with Quality Outdoor Furniture, Dining Table with Umbrella and Gas Grill. The deck provides access to the Outdoor SPA and Outdoor Shower. The Front Porch includes a Bistro Set perfect for that first cup of morning coffee.
The majority of people who rent this home are Air Travelers who come to the Cape form the UK, locations throughout the US and other countries. They compliment us on the Amenities we provide and often state that the house had everything in it that they could want. Bicycles, Beach Chairs, Cooler, Umbrella, Small Appliances, DVD Library, Board Games and much more make this house a perfect choice.
South Cape Beach has the Warmest Waters on the Cape and is surrounded by Nature Walking Trials with outdoor exhibits. Less than 5 Minutes Away by Bicycle it is perfect for Beach Lovers. Enjoy a Sunset on the beach and see the lights of Martha’s Vineyard appear across the bay. Shopping at Mashpee Commons is only 3.5 miles away and offers a full complement of stores from Talbots to Stop and Shop. For more serious shopping the Wrentham Mall of Outlet Stores is an hour away. Conveniently located the property is close to ferry service, restaurants and a multitude of activities and stores. All this in a home that is quiet and close to the beach if that is your primary vacation goal. The property is under Professional Property Management. Guests are greeted by agents who assure that everything is in working condition and are available should a problem arise. It takes away the anxiety of a lock box and unwanted surprises. Your vacation is short enough and every minute you spend in the house and on the Cape will offer wonderful and lasting memories.
