This cozy Cape style home located near a large cranberry bog in the heart of historic Centerville is ideally located for walking, canoeing, biking, golfing and many other outdoor activities. It is only one and a half miles to Craigville Beach and three miles to the Cape Cod Mall, as well as many other shops and fine restaurants. Nearby Rt. 28 provides easy access to many sites on the Cape including the island and cruise ferries in nearby Hyannis. A seasonal pass to all Barnstable beaches is included.
