Elegant, year 'round home on West Polpis Harbor with fabulous water views from almost every room. First floor: master bedroom with full bath, study with sleep sofa and shower bath. The den has a fireplace, flat screen TV, VCR, & DVD. The living room with fireplace, formal dining room, and sunroom with TV with doors to outside deck and screened-in porch. The modern kitchen includes heat lamps over gas stove, warming drawer, table seating for ten, pantry bar, sitting area with wood stove. The guest bedroom has a bathroom with shower, single bedroom, sitting room off kitchen with double sofabed. Second floor: Twin bedroom with full bathroom, French doors to deck, access to the widow’s walk (waiver must be signed). Outside: shower, boathouse on the harbor with deck furniture and cold water sink, walking path from house. Boat mooring available. No pets.
