This tastefully decorated townhouse is in a quiet, picturesque setting approximately 7 miles west of town and overlooks a fresh-water pond and moorlands. Easy walk to several beaches. Near bike paths and shuttle bus to town and beach. The first floor has two bedrooms, a full bath, and laundry. The larger bedroom has a king-size bed and a new double ultrasuede sofa bed, with sliders opening to a deck overlooking the pond. The other bedroom has twin beds. The second floor has a spacious living-dining area with cathedral ceiling. It is comfortably furnished with an ultrasuede queen sofabed and two cushioned cane seats and a color tv. A breakfast counter separates the dining area from a fully equipped kitchen. The oak dining table seats eight people comfortably. Sliders open from the living room to an elevated deck ideal for dining while amongst many potted plants overlooking the pond.
