This classic home has stunning, 180 degree views of the Monomoy River in nature conservation land. It is a private, wooded setting on an acre lot in a quiet neighborhood. The spacious deck in back is perfect for sunning, outdoor dining, BBQ grilling and drinking in the beauty of the surroundings. There is incredible bird life and a family of swans that can be seen daily from the back yard. The more adventurous can kayak to Pleasant Bay from the house. Less than 5 minutes to the best beaches on Cape Cod, including ocean and bay beaches, it is also a bike ride to Schoolhouse Pond, an excellent swimming & beaching lake and great for small children. You can also drive to quaint shopping in Chatham Village in minutes.
The house is newly renovated with central air conditioning, gorgeous kitchen with a convection oven and three wonderful full bathrooms. There are wood floors on all three levels.

The lower level is a large recreation room with water views and sliding doors opening to the back yard. The newly renovated spacious interior is very comfortable and tastefully decorated with antique and new wood furniture. All the bedrooms are large, comfortable and some have water views.
