Public boat landing 6 houses away.You can anchor your small boat in front of the house. The beach house has been completely renovated(including new bathroom and kitchen) with 1940 bead-board walls and beautifully decorated with wicker and art deco furniture with a fireplace and two large decks facing the beach and the water.There is also an outdoor heated jacuzzi with a water view. Spectacular southwesterly views of sunsets. You can even anchor a small boat right in front of the house! It's fully furnished, full equipped kitchen with gas cooking, dishwasher, microwave, 3 decks with deck loungers and a teak table and chairs for outside dining,picnic table, outdoor enclosed bathhouse & shower,linens and towels included,year round ...

Many great golf courses nearby.Lots of entertainment and shopping nearby.Walk into town is 10 minutes,and 10 minute drive to shopping mall,stores,movie theaters,golf courses,and restaurants.There is a marina across the harbor. Great getaway!!!
Wareham is ''The Gateway to the Cape'' it’s a wonderful place to vacation and is a perfect location for easy exploration of Cape Cod, Providence R.I. ,Newport R.I., Plymouth and Boston. Conveniently located one hour south of Boston, Providence R.I. and Newport R.I. .While in the area you can visit historic attractions such as Plimoth Plantation and Plimoth Rock, New Bedford Whaling Museum, Battleship Cove, Lizzie Borden House,Roger Williams Zoo Providence R.I.,Wrentham Village Premium Outlets and the Amazing Newport Mansions. There are many antique shops; art galleries,outlet shops, and quaint gift shops in and around the area. There’s a ferry services from nearby Falmouth to Nantucket and Martha's Vineyard ,just a half hour boat ride away to the Vineyard. You can take a cruise along the historic Cape Cod Canal, bike, roller blade and walk along its picturesque Bike path.
