Comfortable antique style furnishings, picnic table, woodstove, & phone. Supplied with natural laundry, hand soaps, & cleaning products. No interior paint, Formica, & plastic. Ten minutes drive to the very desirable Lucy Vincent Beach. Includes cleaning. Ten weeks rented to repeat tenants for 2003. Lower rates because of some unfinished aspects.
