Built in 1998 in a quiet section of Siasconset, the Breezes is seven miles from Nantucket town. It overlooks conservation land and is sited to capture the sunset and Sankaty Lighthouse. It is a five-minute walk to the village, tennis court, beach and golf course. The house sleeps ten and can easily accommodate two families. The first floor is a 'great room' with a kitchen,screened dining room/porch combination, and beautiful stereo system. The library contains TV/VCR/DVD and high speed internet. There is also a guest bedroom with full bath/shower,a mudroom with half bath and washer/dryer. The back of the house has a large deck and a covered porch with an outdoor shower. There is a large yard for children and a garage.

The second floor has a master bedroom with kingsized bed, private full bathtub/shower and sitting deck. A second master bedroom with twin beds shares a full bath/shower with two other identical twin bedrooms one of which is arranged with bunk beds or twins as desired.
The nearby village (two minutes by bicycle) has three excellent restaurants, a sandwich shop and a charming general store that serves ice cream cones and great pastry!
My family and I have rented "The Breezes" for six years. This wonderfully comfortable and well-appointed home has beautiful views in a charming community in close proximity to all the summer activities that one could desire.
