Amenities include: Pleasant walk to beautiful salt water beach, lovely views over Katama Plains from 3rd floor balcony; located adjacent to the Herring Creek Road bike path, large 1st floor deck, BBQ grill (gas), enclosed private outdoor hot/cold water shower, linens and towels provided, washer/dryer, dishwasher, fully equipped cook's kitchen, 2 TVs with full cable service, 2 VCR/DVD players, stereo w/CD player, beach chairs, towels, and cooler; fold-away crib & high chair.
