The listed price is for up to 15 people and includes an attached studio that sleeps 4 with an 8 foot wide sliding glass door as a private entrance that brings in plenty of vineyard sunshine. The studio has a private bathroom, a kitchenette and a second laundry room if needed. It could be separate quarters for the older kids or for extended family friends on two single and one double bed.
Hi-speed Wireless Internet, DVR to record and rewind live TV HBO etc, and Filtered Central Air conditioning are all included in the main house. The central vacuum cleaner also keeps dust, pollen, and allergens vented outside.
There is plenty of room outdoors as well with a large yard to enjoy and another back deck with an outdoor shower. Total relaxation. Farm neck golf course is just a few blocks away.
There are free tennis courts nearby.
Beach and small boat launch located at the end of Hudson ave.
Sailing camp park is just a few blocks away.
Many walking trails can be found as well for a pleasant stroll through the vineyard forest.
To Clarify, There are 4 private rooms with beds and 2 loft spaces with beds. This totals 6 ''bedrooms'' plus the studio is a 7th bedroom as listed. It is listed this way because the website does not provide a way to list lofts and studios other than to call them bedrooms.
