Wow, what a house and what a location! Former B&B, 7 yes 7 full bathrooms, find some friends and make this place possible! Five of the six bedrooms have private bathrooms, the sixth bedroom has a bathroom right down the hall. Remodeled downstairs in Fall 2002, opening the whole area up, making it a fantastic living space. This house has the best views anywhere on the cape - overlooking Martha's Vineyard, the Elizabeth Islands, Nobska Light, Woods Hole, Falmouth Harbor and Falmouth Heights, all from the deck. The house is at the top of the hill in the Heights, so you can see forever.
Its a great location, too. Walk to Falmouth Heights beach, restaurants, bars, Falmouth Harbor, the Island Queen ferry to Oak Bluffs Martha's Vineyard, or downtown Falmouth.

This house has some strict rules on occupancy. The maximum occupancy of 12 is strictly enforced. There is also 6 car limit that is strictly enforced (there is not room for any more cars!), and please note there is no street parking in this area.
