Gorgeous four bedroom Cape in the heart of Osterville - ideally located between the town center and the beaches. Quiet setting, private back yard. Totally updated home with all amenities including wrap around mahogany deck and bright sunny screened porch with new high-end wicker furniture. Ideal location for kids, walk to town, tennis, playgound, bike one mile to pristine private ocean beach (Dowses Beach pass included, see photo), marina and boat ramps.
First floor master suite has new queen bed and private bath. First floor guest bedroom has a new queen bed. Upstairs, there are two additional fully air-conditioned bedrooms, one with two sets of bunkbeds (sleeps 4) and the fourth bedroom with two twin beds. There are two full baths plus a private, outdoor hot shower - perfect for sandy toes!
