Located just 1/3 mile (5 minute walk) to a private association beach located right behind Green Pond boatyard and public deep water access boatyard.
Our home features a modern, fully equipped, eat-in kitchen with grantite counters and a dishwasher. Spacious full bath - T/S off kitchen. Kitchen opens to dining room which seats 8. Family room with TV/DVD/VCR, cable TV and high speed wireless internet access.

On the 1st floor there is a large bedroom with a full size and a single bed, and also on the first floor is a separate sitting room that has a queen size pullout sofabed enabling it to be used as a bedroom. The second floor has a large king size master bedroom and a single day bed (pull out to full) with attached full size bath. There is also a very large second bedroom that contains a full size and 3 single beds. Altogether, sleeps 9-12 comfortably. There are 4 window air conditioners and plenty of fans.
We have a large outdoor deck with a gas grill, patio and lawn furniture. There is a very large yard with a hammock, and it's a great space for family gatherings and whiffle ball games. Washer and dryer in basement. All linens provided. Plenty of parking.
