First floor has a front hallway entry, master bedroom and bath looking out over the moors. Den with TV off of master bedroom for quiet time. 2nd bedroom and full bath. Second floor has living/dining area, kitchen and 1/2 bath, guest bedroom, deck overlooking the moors, stairway to loft area and widows walk with panoramic views of the water and breathtaking sunsets. The basement is a completely finished, inviting playroom with a sectional couch, TV, DVD, and surround sound stereo, twin bed, ping-pong table and washer and dryer. Tennis courts available. Easy access to bike path and shuttle bus. 4/10 mile to Nantucket sound and 2 miles to Madaket beach.
