We chose this Orlando home for our Disney vacation rental because of its high quality build, above average accommodation, and because it is South facing.
There are 2 master bedrooms, because very often 2 families share. In our Disney vacation villa both couples can have the luxury of a master bedroom, each with en-suite bathroom. There are also 2 twin bedded rooms,and a crib is available if required. A 3rd bathroom with shower and w.c is available for these two rooms.
This Orlando villa has a spacious lounge, which is open plan, with a superbly equipped kitchen, and a breakfast nook. Cable TV, DVD and a Playstation,are all included in the rental price. If there are 10 in your party, you'll find this Disney vacation rental has a sofa which opens out into a comfortable queensize bed.

The fridge freezer has an ice maker and chilled water dispenser.There’s a short cycle washing machine and tumble dryer, and plenty of bed linen and towels.
For formal dining this Orlando rental villa has a 6 seater dining room. We can provide a high chair on request.
A pool table and an air hockey table are provided. There is free broadband, and free telephone calls to landlines in the USA, Canada and Europe.
Outside there’s a partially shaded lanai if you don't like to sit in the sun, and a large 30' x 15' pool with a 7' spa, all things we know are important when deciding on a Disney vacation rental home. We've provided a security fence to shield the pool, for when an adult is not on hand to supervise. This area is ideal for alfresco dining and barbeques, which with underwater lighting provide the perfect ambience, and, being south facing, they get the sun all day long. In cooler weather the pool and spa can be heated (up to 88 degrees if needed) Both master bedrooms, and the lounge, have sliding doors which open directly onto the pool deck.
The house is fully air conditioned, but ceiling fans in every room, and on the covered lanaii, add to the Florida ambience.
