Welcome to our Florida villa. This unique American family home boasts its own private swimming pool and spa, white sand and palm trees in the secluded garden gives the feel of paradise. Fully air-conditioned with a separate dining room, breakfast area and family room with television and DVD player, three bedrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and separate laundry area. There is a screened conservatory area where you can dine at night and look out onto the swimming pool area which is illuminated with coloured lights.
