Relax in our 2 bedroom luxury condo that sleeps 6 guests and includes a view of the heated pool and the waterway from the balcony of our condo. The master bedroom includes a queen size bed, bedside tables, dresser, cable television, vcr and a private full bathroom.
The second bedroom, located in the front-end of the condominium, allows for privacy between the two bedrooms, and is equipped with 2 twin beds, clothes dresser, cable television, vcr player, and wall closet and a private full bathroom.
The living room has a large TV, VCR, DVD player and a couch that coverts to a queen sleeper and 2 comfortable lounge chairs. There is a dining area which seats 4 as well as 2 bar stools and a breakfast bar area for informal dining. The kitchen is equipped with wood cabinets and newer appliances including a full size refrigerator with ice maker, flat top stove, microwave, dishwasher, blender, coffee maker, toaster, dishes, glassware and cooking utensils. Also available is a full size washer and dryer. Please note there is no local phone.

Ample parking. 2 heated swimming pools. Four tennis courts and basketball. Quiet beach. Both surf fishing and nearby intercoastal waterway fishing. Numerous nearby golf courses nearby.
Besides relaxing next to the pool or on the powdered white beach, there are plenty of activities to participate near the condo including jet skiing, cycling, and snorkeling at Point of Rock.
Restaurants, shops and drinking establishments are just a few blocks away. The city of Sarasota is a quick car ride and includes limitless options of restaurants, local shopping and nightlife. Also available are kayaking, catamarans, and wind surfing. Or you can visit the Mote Aquarium or Busch Gardens which is a short car ride. Disney World is only 100 miles away.
