Nestled between the Gulf of Mexico and Sarasota Bay, this ''olde Florida'' style home has lots of beachy charm. You're just a block to the beach and a block to Sarasota Bay.
As comfortable as the home is, you'll likely want to spend your time either on the large screened lanai overlooking the tropical paradise that is the back yard, or enjoying our new heated pool. Full kitchen, all linens, washer/dryer, central air, high speed internet access, bikes, new stainless steel BBQ grill all are included. Hit the beach and bring the provided chairs, towels, cooler, umbrellas in the beach wagon.
Your vacation will truly be carefree when you take the trolley, which stops right at the corner, around the island, avoiding traffic and enabling you to see the sights.
