This south facing, solar heated, pool/spa home is located in the newer prestigious gated community of the Manors at Westridge, not to be confused with the older part of Westridge. The home is very near to Disney, all Central Florida attractions and numerous golf courses. It is maintained to a very high standard and is fresh and clean throughout. All rooms have ceiling fans & cable TV/DVD. A PlayStation 2, for your children's entertainment, and an electronic safe, for your peace of mind, are provided. There is an ample kitchen with dishwasher, electric oven, microwave, and all accessories. Free telephone calls throughout the USA are included in the rental together with free Wi-Fi high speed Internet access. The screened pool area is alarmed and a child pool safety fence provided. A lanai provides shade and cool with a remote-controlled fan. Towels & linens are provided for the period of rental.

All guests have access to the Manors community club house, library/reading room, lounge, pool, restrooms and gym, also free Wi-Fi Internet access.
The Manors at Westridge is situated within 15 minutes of Disney and there is a selection of golf courses within a few minutes drive. All attraction routes are direct with trouble free motoring. Within minutes you can be at one of your favorite theme many parks or golf courses. Access to the main Interstate 4 highway is only a short drive away. Within 1½ hrs you can be on the Atlantic coast or the Gulf Coast, visiting the Kennedy Space Center and Cocoa Beach on the east coast or enjoying the wonderful beaches that the Gulf Coast has to offer. We are fully licensed by state and county.
