Of course, there is always Orlando and all the theme parks, less than an hour and a half away.
Dine at any one of the distinct local restaurants (many sitting directly on the beach) or buy fresh produce from one of several local roadside vendors and create your own dining experience using just caught seafood fresh from the docks just a short walk away.
