A little slice of heaven at a price you can afford, this charming 2 bedroom is just a short walk or bike ride to the main beaches of Treasure Island, one of the last remaining old style Florida beach towns. Treasure Island is known for it's sputnik era resorts, and this condo is right in the heart of it. There are two beach cruiser bikes in the unit for your enjoyment, so the beach is always easy to access, although there is also plenty of public parking. The unit boasts a very secluded patio off of the master bedroom, for enjoying an evening cocktail or a morning cup of coffee. It is a poolfront unit, but the complex has a wonderful waterfront picnic area on Boca Ciega Bay complete with two bar-b-que grills, gas is provided. There is a fishing dock, and if you hang out long enough you might catch sight of a manatee and make friends with the Great Blue Heron who likes to fish there as well. And if golf is your thing, you can walk about two minutes to the public course in the neighborhood.

High season rentals from November through April - $1700 per month with a 3 mos min.
Off season rentals May through October - $1150 per month, or $350 a week with a two week minimum. Prices include electric.
Rates are subject to 12.5% Florida sales tax for leases of less than 6
months. A reservation/security deposit must be received to hold your
reservation along with a signed rental agreement. Your deposit will
be refunded within 30 days of your departure less any damages. $100
application fee for first time renters of the unit.
