Spread out in this spacious home! 2 covered porches on the first floor, a covered balcony on the 2nd floor, and one on the 3rd floor too! Catch a glimpse of the Gulf of Mexico from the 3rd floor balcony. Get all day sun too! The balconies face the south! The floor plan is open and spacious and includes a master bedroom with a king bed and access to a covered porch on the 1st floor. The kitchen has a big breakfast bar with 4 stools and is open to the dining room and the big living room. Seating for 10 in the dining room and 8 in the living room! There is a full size washer and dryer and a half bath on the 1st floor. St. Croix is decorated with beachy colors and furnishings. The 2nd floor has a king bed in one room and 2 sets of twin bunks in another.

Emerald Shores amenities include 2 pools; a private beach cabana with bathrooms, lounge chairs, and picnic tables; a tennis court; basketball goal; and shuffle board. The community is located just 2 miles east of Destin Commons Mall and 2 miles west of the Silver Sands Outlet Mall and is eaily accessible by both HWY 98 and scenic Gulf Drive. |
