Ashe Splash is a beautiful, all Dade County pine, two-story house on Ashe Street, a quiet section of Key West's historic Old Town near Truman Avenue. Within a three minute walk, you will find a specialty grocery, wine/liquor shop, renowned deli/caterer, Sandy's famous Cuban sandwich and coffee cafe and many other amenities. Key West life at its finest!

The first floor of the house consists of a breezy front porch, the kitchen and a large living room that opens onto a bricked pool area. There is one bath and a bedroom that converts to a TV/den by storing the queen-size murphy bed behind louvered doors. The second floor has two large bedrooms with baths en suite. Each bedroom has a porch, shaded by palms, overlooking Ashe Street or the pool. The lighted, heated pool is surrounded by garden lights, inviting you to take an evening swim.
