Our home has upgraded interior decorations and very fine furniture that even the most discriminating guest will appreciate. Our professional managment company ensures pristine cleanliness on your arrival. We also invite you to bring your small, well behaved pet.

This spacious pool home is a long-term rental home, and it's priced at $2,500 per month (plus taxes) for the High season, which is January 1 through April 30 each year. It's also available during the Low season, which is May 1 through December 31, for $2,500.00 per month (plus taxes).
Double front entrance doors, home is all on one level, and handicap aids are installed in the bathrooms.

The golf course is within walking distance and is considered one of the best in the area. The beach is only a 1 1/2 mile drive away. Shops and restaurants are just minutes away. Our location at the top of the Tampa Metropolitan area provides many opportunities for day trips. Just north of our area is Weekee Watchee, in Homasassa Springs, where the Manatee play! Well worth the 20 minute drive if you've never seen these gentle giants of the sea before.

Please note that a $75 cleaning fee (plus tax) is added to all rental rates and a $500 booking fee is due at the time of your reservation. The security deposit is 20% of the total rental amount and is due along with the remainder of the rent at least 60 days in advance of your arrival date. The security deposit will be returned within 14 days of your departure date assuming no damage to the property. Pool heat is optional and is $10/day extra.
