The living room has very cmfortable leather furniture, the master bedroom has a newly installed double French Door, new luxurious bedding in both bedrooms, a newly installed ceramic lanai with a table/chairs for drinks to watch the sunset by and a very comfortable couch for watching dolphins swim by in the Ocean!
Facing west for the famous sunsets over the Gulf and behind the unit is a lagoon busy with canoes, kayaks, and wildlife. The world famous Crescent Beach is a 5 minute drive up...

the key.The condo is spacious and offers fantastic views of the Gulf from the living room, kitchen, master bedroom and lanai. The kitchen is equipped for people who like to cook. The kitchen is fully equipped with microwave, dishwasher, 4 burner stove, and all cooking utensils, silverware and dishesyou will need for those nights when you decide to cook, though with all the great restaurants nearby, that may not be often. As an added bonus you can stand at the kitchen sink and watch the sunsets through the living room window.
The unit is on the second floor and has a master bedroom with a king size bed and a second bedroom with two twin size beds and its own full bath. There are also two cots that can be pulled out when needed. There are two bathrooms. Cable TV, VCR and CD/Stereo. We've even supplied a few movies and CDs. A new washer and dryer (2004) are just steps away. Great restaurants and golf nearby. Its not unusual to be able to watch dolphins swim by in the gulf from the lanai/patio. The condo is on the southern end of Siesta Key and is very quiet and uncrowded. Spectacular view of the gulf
Heated pool, shuffleboard, elevators, cable TV, VCR, boat docks, restaurants within walking distance, 40 golf courses nearby, outlet malls and great shopping.
We accept Visa and MasterCard only. Security deposit ($300) and taxes remain the same (7% Florida sales tax + 3% Florida resort tax + 1% handling fee).
