Kokomo is a wonderful 4 bedroom/ 2 bath home on a large lot right on the Gulf of Mexico. This home has spectacular views and sunsets. Each room of the house has ocean views. This house can accommodate up to 10 occupants, limit of 8 people over the age of 12 and 2 children 12 or under. The house has 2 levels. On the lower level is the fully equipped kitchen, dining room, 2 bedrooms with King Size beds and a bathroom. The spiral staircase takes you up to the upper level where the living room and 2 additional bedrooms with King Size beds and a bath are. All rooms of the house have views of the ocean. Outside the large private yard has a Heated Pool, Hot Tub, sitting area with lounge chairs and tables and water's dg Hammock for relaxing and viewing those spctacular Keys Sunsets. The dock has room for a good size boat and a small one. It has electric and water. The fish are plentiful and easy to catch.
