MerMaids of Cape Cod

We hired this company because our regular cleaner had health issues this year. Most of our tenants leave the house spotless so there is little for them to do. This week they were late, tenants couldn’t get in on time and tenants complained that the house wasn’t clean. This is not acceptable and hurts my chances of re-renting to these tenants and of getting a good review.
Instead of apologizing, owner replied that these were his best cleaners. I do not recommend.

We used MerMaids for turnover cleaning last summer and will do so again this summer. We found them to be thorough, dependable, and efficient. The owner, Joyce, is a good communicator and committed to providing good service.
