We had a great time on our vacation! The house was well equipped both in the kitchen and with towels. For our large group the 3 1/2 bathrooms and 5 bedrooms were key! The yard and deck were kid friendly and there is a large table on the deck which allowed all of us to eat outside. We appreciated the yard being fenced with our little ones. The fire pit on the deck was gas, so no messing with wood or waiting for the fire to start or stop! Of course having laundry is key to any rental and detergent was provided. Most importantly, the beach was a short walk away. Alex was very responsive and friendly. We highly recommend this house.

Great perfect family getaway to the Cape. Perfect location to Hyannis main attractions and walking distance to the beach. The Owners are very attentive to any guest needs. Thank you so much for the stay and we will be coming back!

My siblings and our spouses, a total of nine adults stayed at the Sea Beach house owned by Alex and Val Bizunok in Hyannis, MA in September 2022. The unit is exceptionally well kept inside and out. It is nicely furnished with high quality appliances and ample kitchen equipment and supplies. Simply a very comfortable home away from home. Great location only a short walk from the beach yet close to downtown. The unit came with an ample number of beach towels and chairs and even a cart to transport everything to the beach. We had only a minor issue and the owner (Alex) responded immediately (not enough face cloths). I would recommend this owner's units without hesitation.

Alex and Valentina's property in Hyannis is unmatched. We have found the home that we will hope to return to year after year. The home is clean, bright, spacious yet cozy. When traveling with toddlers, the few things that made the biggest difference was having linens included, and having a beach literally a block and a half away. My 18 month old walked there and back without a stroller. After toting along an umbrella, sand toys, diaper bag, food, towels, chairs, etc., who has room for a stroller, or anything else really? Additionally- Alex and Val provided us with all of the above beach necessities! So generous and so well thought out.
We cooked a lot, and the kitchen was stocked. Some nights we grilled, other nights we roasted or baked. It was all there. We were even able to walk to Veteran's beach for the Labor Day fireworks. The restaurants on the Harbor were a 4 minute drive, also walkable if needed. There was plenty of parking for a few cars. It rained for most of our stay there, and they even had an umbrella for our use!
Keyes beach is a really nice, quiet beach which is perfect for small kids. The water was calm, and the sand was great. 
We would love to come back one day and support Alex and Val. They are available, attentive and amazing to work with. Only the highest of complements!

Hyannis Family Vacation!
My family and I recently stayed at this property for a family vacation. The house is exactly as pictured online. We were 6 adults and three children (ages 10 to 15). The house was perfect for us. I loved the master bedroom and bath on the main floor. The house has a fenced in yard with deck and barbecue. The kitchen was well stocked with all the basic necessities and linens, bath and beach towels were provided. There was also beach chairs for us to use. The beach was a short walk from the house. Downtown Hyannis was a little further but still walkable. Alex and Valentina were wonderful hosts. It was a pleasure working with them and meeting them. They were very reachable, always answering any questions we had. They also provided us with so much information about the area. We had a wonderful time and if you are planning a trip to this area, I would highly recommend this home

Lovely Home!
We really enjoyed our stay. Clean house, good location. Kids were easily able to walk to the beach. The owner communicated well and we had no issues during our stay.

Great family place!
Eight of my family gathered to celebrate my husband's 70th birthday. The house is exactly as described. The living room has plenty of seating and the kitchen table could easily sit 10. The kitchen was well stocked and there was a washer and dryer. In addition to the master bath, there is another half bath downstairs as well as two full baths upstairs with the 4 bedrooms. The location is perfect; only a couple of blocks to the beach and less than a mile to town. Alex is a very responsive host. This is a great place to spend some time.

Great family place!

Alex and Val were great setting up our vacation retreat for our wedding weekend. Everything was so clean and the house smelled so nice when we walked in. We would definitely rent from them again . We had a great 4 days there .

A wonderful house in a great location
We had a blast staying here. This house Offered everything we needed (and more!). It was super clean, the kitchen was big and comfortable, plenty of rooms and bathrooms for all of us (we were 8 people), a great yard (which our dog loved!), and the short walk to the beach was a huge plus. The kids are already asking when are we coming back :)

Great stay!
This was our main vacation for this year after 3 months of quarantine. We were two families with teens, a total of 8 people. The house is wonderful, clean , spacious, everything we needed. We cooked at home most nights, and had a great time sharing family meals on its great dining table. The backyard is fenced in, with a nice deck and grill. Alex left all the kitchen and bathroom products we needed, which was great. He was very responsive when we contacted him with any questions. We would definitely come back!

Wonderful Stay!

My immediate family and I wanted to do a local getaway to celebrate a few family occasions and we found Alex's listing. It was fantastic! It was spacious enough that even with my myself, my mom, and my sister working from home during the day, we were all able to complete work and meetings in different areas. The backyard is private and beautiful and there is a lot of space in the kitchen area which was nice for when we were using both the stove top and outdoor grill. There were a lot of local restaurants that were close by and the beach was just a few minutes walk away! We would definitely be interested in renting again. Thank you! -Laurie

Fantastic Getaway!
The home was beautifully decorated, immaculate, and located in a great neighborhood close to the beach and Main Street shops and restaurants. The house accommodated 4 couples perfectly and could have had room for more. We had a beautiful day at the beach searching for shells and watching seals and enjoyed great meals and shopping close by in Chatham.

We enjoyed our stay very much. The layout of the house easily accommodated the seven of us for a girls weekend. The owners were a phone call away for any of our needs and questions. A short walk to the beach. A pretty area. We would stay here again.

Our day trip to Martha's Vineyard was such an easy trip from here so we were able to enjoy a full day there. I would highly recommend this home for anyone's vacation to Hyannis, Cape Cod. Great week with extended family!
We had a group of 10 stay in unit 2 for a week in July. The house was perfect for us. Plenty of space and comfortable rooms. Unit 2 has lots of parking space and a big deck with grill. The kitchen has all the appliances you'll need, and lots of things to use for cooking. We made a large dinner one evening and had every utensil and pot/pan we needed. We were able to save $20 a day on beach parking because we walked to it from the house. (Less than a 5 minutes walk to Keyes Beach). Alex was very helpful. He checked on us after we arrived, then checked later in the week to see of we were ok after the rare tornado that touched down in Cape Cod. We were fine and never lost power, but to have Alex come and check on us in person was very kind. He even came to get the trash/recycling more than once. We would definitely stay again on a return trip to Cape Cod. Thank you, Alex!

Cape Cod Getaway
Had a wonderful week staying here. Description of property is accurate. Setup was perfect for our family (six adults and three children). There was ample parking. We had two SUVs and a pickup truck with room for more. Nice private backyard with large deck and grill. The grill did run out of gas early in the week but Alex brought a new tank down as soon as we called. He was very apologetic and pleasant to meet and talk to. Perhaps having a spare tank stored at the property would be helpful. Plenty of seats and tables on the deck. Great location to walk to the beach which was a plus with three young children. Beach towels, chairs and umbrellas provided. Main St. Hyannis and access to the ferries was also a long walk or short ride away. We did both. The process of renting this property and communicating with the owner couldn"t have been easier. Alex responds to all inquiries quickly. My family would highly recommend renting this home.

Family Vacation 2019
The house was perfect for our family of 10! The house was very clean, extremely well equipped, and in a great location. We walked to Main Street and the beach several times. There is a convenience store 1/4 mile from the house which we visited several times. The hosts were excellent and responsive. We would definitely visit again.

Long family weekend
House was well equipped; linens and towels a supplied. Bonus that each bathroom had a supply of shampoo and soaps;, plenty of paper supplies and laundry detergent provided. A pleasant surprise since we flew in from Maryland, we didn"t have to stop at the store to buy anything. House was very clean!

GREAT PLACE, GREAT LOCATION!
I stayed here for 2 nights with seven other men for a golfing weekend. Everything was fabulous! No complaints. Plenty of space to hang out and socialize, grill out, cook and sleep. The hosts were super quick to answer any questions via email or text and were very accommodating. We all would look forward to staying here again in the future! Thanks Alex!

The house is large and very beautiful! It was perfect for the 10 of us and so close to the beach!!
You will not be disappointed with this rental! Alex is super attentive and the house has everything you could need to have a lovely beach vacation! We couldn’t be happier with the property. It was absolutely perfect for the 10 of us. We always had enough space and never felt crowded. There were beach chairs, toys, umbrellas and towels for us to use which made packing a lot easier, and the beach is beautiful, with warm water and only a short walk away!

Great place to vacation!
The house was as advertised. In a good location (walking distance to downtown Hyannis and the beach), was clean, well maintained and contained all the comforts of being at home (it was nice that we didn't have to bring linens, towels, or beach chairs - all supplied). We contacted Alex (who we did get to meet when he came over to mow) a couple of times and he was quick to respond to our questions. The back deck (and fenced in back yard) was very nice to hang out on and had ample seating for our entire group of 9 adults.

Great home for a large family.
Villa #2 is a great set up for a large family. The combination of a master suite downstairs and four bedrooms upstairs is an efficient layout. The Villa comes equipped with towels, linens and a few essentials to get started. The back deck is great for al fresco dining.

The Villa is a short 3-4 minute walk to a clean, low populated calm beach. If you want wave action, the close-in beach won’t make you happy. The Villa comes complete with a beach umbrella and chairs so there is little need to load up the car with these supplies.

All in, a great Villa for a summer vacation.

Wonderful Property!
This is an absolutely wonderful property and location. It has actual beds to sleep 10 people (not pull out sofas or air mattresses like other locations), a really nice deck with a grill and patio furniture to seat 12 and plenty of bathrooms. When we arrived, the house was very clean and we found that the hosts provided plenty of supplies (including some beach chairs!), in addition to being generally very responsive. This is the best place we have stayed on the Cape in 5 years and we will definitely be back!

The house is situated on a dead end street so it is pretty quiet with convenient routes to everywhere we go. The beach is very close by too! When we walked in the house, it still has the new house smell :) All the rooms are cleaned and furnished with great linens. Alex is extra helpful and quick to respond when I texted him. Great stay overall!

This is a beautiful vacation home. The location is perfect and central to Hyannis, as well as Cape Cod. The home was very clean and in perfect order. Alex, the owner was extremely helpful and made us feel right at home. We are already looking forward to our return. We enjoyed walking to the beach. The house is a short drive from Main Street, as well as Hyannis near the port, both of which have many shops and restaurants. We also took a high speed boat to Nantucket and it was beautiful. We had a wonderful family vacation.

The house was very nice and convenient to all in Hyannis. Inside is new and Alex the owner was very responsive to any of our needs. Where it was a new rental unit it was missing a couple of kitchen items , but when we notified the owner he went out immediately to get the items and bring them to us. It is pretty centrally located to center of town and the beaches. It was a great stay and rental.

Alex was fantastic and very responsive. The house was clean and had plenty to offer. The pictures do no do it justice. The beach is a block away and main st Hyannis is a 10-15 minute walk or a short uber ride. Thanks for the great stay Alex.

Rented the house with a group of friends and loved it! The house and amenities were brand new and modern. The house was in a perfect location, within walking distance of the beach and downtown to all the restaurants and bars. Alex was very helpful and quick to respond to any questions. We stayed at this brand new beach house for a several days. The description is accurate in every way and the house was even better than described. Everything was immaculate, well thought out, and in excellent condition! There is a back yard with HUGE deck for outdoor grilling, eating, and relaxing. The outdoor furniture is nice, with plenty of seating. The property is well-maintained and neat. Since we were there in May, the summer crowds were not there yet. The weather was mild and we enjoyed walks on the beaches every morning and afternoon, right at the end of the street, 4 houses away from the house where we stayed. The house is walking distance to the Hyannis Main Street and Port with restaurants, cafes, entertainment, cruises, trips to Nantucket and Marta Vineyard is a great advantage of the location. We’ve never got bored. Regarding the house, it was very roomy and comfortable, filled with air and light. We were amazed that every Bedroom has 2 windows and Master bedroom has 5 windows! The beds were very comfortable and linens in the house are good quality and new. The kitchen is large, modern, and has every appliance. There is a large supply of dishes, glasses, pots, pans, etc. The living room is large, comfortable, and has a flat-screen TV with cable. The dining room has a comfortable furniture for 10-12 people and has a slide door to the deck. We enjoyed everything about this house and had a wonderful time here. Alex, the owner, was very easy to work with every step of the way. He replied to emails immediately, starting with our initial inquiry. It was a pleasure to stay in their home and have such wonderful vacation there. We hope to stay here again and definitely recommend it.
