It’s only a five-minute walk from here to a private sandy neighborhood beach; only nine minutes to Barnstable’s Millway Beach. You’re also close to picturesque Barnstable Harbor and Barnstable Village with its charming restaurants and shops such as the addictive Nirvana Coffee Company. Bring your boat and launch it at the nearby public boat ramp.

Kitchen and Dining: The exquisite, well-equipped kitchen has custom built inset cabinets with oil rubbed bronze hinges and hardware, a separate butler sink and cabinet, Thermador® gas five-burner range, double wall ovens and a wine fridge. All kitchen surfaces are finished in Carrara marble and the generous center island has high boy seating for up to five. Just off the kitchen, the handsome dining room table can seat up to eight, but you may prefer to serve most meals at the umbrella shaded dining table out on the deck.

Living Spaces: There are several spaces to gather in comfortable lounge seating. The kitchen flows into the primary living room with its two large and cozy sofas. A second lounge area presents a pair of cushioned rattan settees. And yet a third sitting area is best described as a TV alcove. 

Sleeping Arrangements: There is one bedroom on the main level, which is ideal for those who don’t care for climbing stairs. It’s outfitted with a queen bed and has a full bath en suite. In fact, each of this home’s four bedrooms has its own private full bath. The other three bedrooms are on the second level and include, respectively, a king-size bed, and two other bedrooms, each with a pair of twins.

Outdoor Spaces: In addition to the aforementioned dining table on the deck, you’ll also enjoy the four Adirondack style chairs placed around the wood burning fire pit. The gas grill and enclosed outdoor shower are located out here as well.
