Working with you both was easy, quick and pleasant...you were very responsive and that was much appreciated! The house was very clean and neat and was just as advertised...everyone appreciated the number of dishes which made it very easy.

Probably the best aspect of the house, besides the great location, so close to the Pond and Ferretti's, was the backyard...it was awesome! The new deck was great, the grass area for the kids to play, the hammock, the grill and the outdoor shower was the best! The A/C worked well and kept the house comfortable.

No real negatives or suggestions, maybe an upgraded flat screen tv in the living room, but keep doing what you're doing and we should be back next year! show more show less

All the other reviews are spot on. Working with Cat and Jack was pleasant and seamless. The house is in a great location, is well appointed, and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more! We particularly enjoyed the closet of games and the Disney videos. The backyard was the best surprise. We spent all of our time outside on the deck and running around in the yard. Our oldest still talks about our visit and the little play house. We look forward to returning soon!

2015 Sheep Pond Vacation

The house we stayed in this year has been the best one ever. It was very comfortable, lots of room and a wonderful location where we could walk to our favorite Sheep Pond. We had a great time and will definitely be back in 2016!

Wonderful home, wonderful spot

What a wonderful home to spend a week's vacation in! Clean, spacious, and comfortable, this house was the perfect spot for our family of four. In fact, we had more room than we needed! The open floor plan of the main level allowed space for everyone. Sliders to the deck brought the sun in and gave us even more room to enjoy -- especially for breakfast on the deck. The bedrooms are large, especially the gigantic two upstairs! Clean bathrooms and a lovely outdoor shower, too. Every amenity we could want was taken care of by the very thoughtful owners. The neighborhood is quiet and family-oriented. We met folks while the kids were out biking on the quiet streets, or when we were walking to the fishing, swimming, or kayaking. It was great not to have to pack everyone in the car to get a swim. The pond is so fresh and clear. And the floating dock was a huge hit with the kids. We didn't have much success fishing, but we'll be back next year to try again. This was our first stay in Brewster and we enjoyed the beaches and the town very much. The location of this house made it easy to get to the corner grocery store (by car or bike), down to Chatham for shopping and dinner, to the bike trail, and to the golf courses. show more show less

Family vacaction

Our week on Cape Cod was too short as usual. Weather was wonderful, accommodations were fantastic. Jack and Cat left nothing missing from a very well stocked home.Thank you for that comfort.. Furniture in the living room and the bedrooms was very comfortable. The kitchen was well stocked. Just bring your linens, food and you are set for a wonderful vacation.

Terrific Getaway Spot

My family just stayed here for a week and had an outstanding stay. The house is bright and immaculate with a large, private yard for kids and all kinds of amenities. The owners are extremely attentive to the needs of the guests. And the location is great. The pond is so close – we had a fabulous time kayaking there and there is a wonderful little private beach there as well. There are a number of beaches a short drive away – and you can catch a Cape Cod League game super easily as well. />

Catharine and Jack live year around in Newton, MA and have 3 wonderful young girls, Julia (age 10) and twins Ella and Kate (age 6). Having spent time on the Cape as a kid, they wanted to pass along this great tradition. We purchased the home back in 2014 with an eye of retiring there someday. We open our home up to other families to help subsidize the mortgage, daycare costs and help us save for their college education. When there, we love swimming in Sheep Pond, bike riding, enjoying ice cream, eating on the back deck or just relaxing in the hammock. We are content in that the memories we make there each summer will be cherished for a lifetime.

What is special about this property?
The home, nestled in a quiet residential area, was built just 17 years ago in 2000. It has Cape Cod charm and a large open floor plan, perfect for relaxing with family or entertaining. The first floor flows easily to the large backyard deck and grassy yard complete with hammock and outdoor shower. It is a 5 to 8 minutes’ walk to pristine Sheep Pond and 8 min drive to the beautiful Brewster ocean beaches. The Cape Cod Rail Trail and grocery shopping is only 1 mile away.

What is special about your town?
We are draw to Brewster by its quaint and quiet beauty, close proximity to everything and its numerous pristine ponds and beautiful ocean beaches. It is the perfect place to wind down and reconnect with family and the things important in live.
