Larger vacation groups will savor this nearly 5,000 sf, seven bedrooms & five-bathroom home. This Brewster beauty is on a secluded, professionally landscaped acre-plus property.  The location is central to everything you’ll want to do this summer on the cape.  Less than a 10-minute drive to several Brewster beaches in the bay or beaches in Harwich and Chatman on the ocean side.  Very close to the Cape Cod Rail Trail and to Long Pond, the largest pond on the Cape. Two minutes off Route 6 with shopping and supermarkets close by it has everything you would need.

The centerpiece of your outdoor living space will be, of course the large in-ground heated pool.  Great for taking a dip or relaxing after time on the beach.  Additionally, there is a large new “Pool Bar”, that features indoor/outdoor seating, a handmade bar, refrigerator with a freezer and cable TVs for your viewing or music pleasure.  The fire pit is always fun, and a new large outdoor shower.  Plenty of tables, chairs, lounge chairs and umbrellas.  The deck off the house has a large table and a sitting area, as well as a Weber Grill and a 3’ X 2’ cast iron gas skillet from Blackstone, great for making breakfast and extra grilling space for large parties. 

Inside the house, the spaces are light, bright, cheery, and social.  The high-end kitchen is fully equipped so you can operate in style.  The kitchen has an indoor grilling station, heat lamps and an island for sitting and enjoying.  There are two tables in the kitchen/living room for meals, fun and games.  The oversized living room/lounge has a flat screen HDTV and walks out to the deck, pool, and yard. The large dining room has been converted into a pool hall, with an 8 ft pool table, and to finish off the first floor there is an additional ice maker in the pantry.

Two of this sprawling home’s bedrooms are on the main level including master suite, with a queen bed, private bath, and a bedroom with 2 comfy twin beds. The second level has 3 bedrooms including a King bedroom with a private bath, a bedroom with a queen bed and a Twin and a third room with 2 Full beds and a Twin. There is a game space off the third bedroom. The lower level has 2 bedrooms with two twins in one and a full-size bed in the other.  The lower level also has a kitchen and a bathroom.  The house has central air, four refrigerators and four tv’s.

This property offers a 4-night minimum stay during select weeks in May – June & September – November. Guests are charged a cleaning fee for all stays less than 7-nights. Stay 7-nights or more and the cleaning fee is waived. Please note: pool and hot tub are open Memorial Day - Columbus Day.

This property has a seven-night minimum during the peak season. As is customary in vacation rentals there are additional fees to the rates listed. Those fees include a reservation fee and a non-refundable Accidental Damage Protection (ADP) fee totaling $225. In addition, there are state and local taxes applied to all reservations less than 31 days in length that total 14.45%. read more show less
