The second level will provide additional living plus gaming area and master suite. At the end of the day enjoy the balcony deck and spacious grounds for cocktails & BBQ's, outdoor games on the lawn, and reading and relaxing. A relaxing family vacation is waiting for you! $125 Administrative fee plus applicable state and local taxes. Linen package including sheets, towels and beach towels for 6 available upon request for an additional cost of $250.00.

This is our second year staying at this property and we just love it - 2 minute walk to the beach, beautiful decks with view of the water, great big yard. And Brewster is the best town on the Cape!
