It is a perfect rental for a large family, a couple of small families, three couples, or a friends' getaway.

On the ground floor, there is a cozy breezeway with seating for reading, a large living room, a formal dining room, an oversized eat-in kitchen, a family room, a bedroom with a queen sized bed, and a full bathroom with a walk-in shower. On the second floor there are two huge bedrooms. One has a queen size bed, the other has a queen size bed and two twin beds. There is also a full bathroom with a tub/shower combo.

Both the front and back yard are very spacious and well maintained. The backyard has outdoor dining, a gas grill, a fire pit with adirondacks, and fun summer outdoor games. There is a large driveway with ample parking for three cars.

The home is nestled in a quiet neighborhood but it is in close proximity to so many of the Cape's best attractions. It is walking distance to Four Seas Ice Cream and The 1856 Country Store. It is less than a mile from Craigville Beach and two and a half miles from Dowses Beach.
