This cottage features three bedrooms: Bedroom 1 has a queen size bed; Bedroom 2 and Bedroom 3 each have two twin beds. There is a breakfast nook in the fully-applianced kitchen, a living area with a pull-out couch, and two full baths. The exterior has a large landscaped yard, a breezeway, patio, picnic table and an outdoor shower.

Fantastic home

My family and I stayed here in August 2018 for a week and loved it. Cozy, clean and absolutely great location! Quiet street and close to everything. Cannot wait to return:)

Relaxed quiet family setting. Walk to fish pier to stroll the beach and pick up fresh chowder, fish and lobster. Shuttle to Outer Beach for an afternoon of ocean surf. Walk to Chatham Bars Inn for lunch at the Beach House or evening cocktails on the verandah. Walk to town for dinner at the Chatham Squire, Friday night band time and Chatham Anglers baseball games. Two mile drive or Uber to the Wequassett Inn and a scenic 10 mile ride to Nauset Beach.

Chatham offers shopping, restaurants, beaches, and scenic views away from Cape Cod's higher traffic areas.
