The home, heated pool and location were excellent. The home was very well stocked with kitchen, bathroom and bedroom supplies. Examples: toilet paper, paper towels, blender, fans, games, floats, etc. This home is not right on the beach but that was not a requirement for us. We got a weekly beach pass and we tried a number of the beaches that were 10 minutes or less to get to so that worked well for us.

The host was fantastic. She was an excellent communicator, very professional and easy to work with, and went the extra mile with providing us area information prior to our arrival. The home has an excellent binder that gives more detailed information about the home and area which was very helpful. Very positive experience for our family. Highly recommend! show more show less

Lovely house and hosts
We rented this property for a week with our young children and parents. It was perfect for the grandparents and our family as the kids had so much to do—besides the pool there were games and other toys. We also liked how the bedrooms were all in one area so that when people were awake early/up late the noise didn't bother those who were sleeping because they were in the kitchen or family room. The photos were exactly like the actual house. The owner's daughter was always very responsive if we had any questions. We would definitely rent again next year!

We couldn't be happier with our choice this year. The house fit our needs exactly! Carolyn was super responsive and made sure that we had everything we needed. I can't stress enough how great the owners are. There were so many amenities included with our stay that we have never packed so little for a trip, ever. The backyard and pool are amazing and so well maintained. We'll be back next year!

This house was perfect for for our first family vacation with our 1 year old daughter and both sets of grandparents. The pool is fantastic and was great as we couldn't be at the beach all day. Easy 5/10min drive to dinner out or Chatham Bars Inn.

Fabulous Vacation Home

This house has everything a family or group of friends would need and love! Located near everything! With amenities for cooking or grilling but located close to wonderful restaurants we never worried about meals. We had a fantastic week enjoying the cooler weather in October. The heated pool was a perfect temperature to enjoy a morning swim. We will return to this perfect home away from home.

After renting several other Cape properties over the years we finally found our home away from home. The house is clean, updated, and all the comforts of home. After a long day at the beach, there is nothing better than a dip in the pool and grilling in the beautiful backyard . We have now rented this property for several years and will continue to return!
