A great location offering privacy and a short 5 minute walk to the docks, fish markets, restaurants, and Menemsha Beach. The main house has 2 bedrooms and a full bath. There is a third detached bedroom with half bath. There is also an outdoor shower and the West-facing deck allowing for enjoyment of the Menemsha sunsets. Amenities include a dishwasher, washer/dryer, cable TV, Internet, a BBQ grill, and an outdoor shower.

You will also have access to the two exclusive Chilmark Town Beaches, Lucy Vincent and Squibnocket, for a small fee.
