Charming Cotuit cottage, located just minutes from the heart of town. This cozy home is perfect for a getaway to reset and retreat from the hustle and bustle of life.

Just a short walk to Eagle Pond where you can hike, fish, kayak. Eagle Pond Loop Trail is 1.5 mile long. We are pet friendly so you can take your dog on a hike!

This home sleeps up to ten guests, with an open living/ dining & kitchen area, perfect for conjuring and creating new memories. The yard is spacious and open, surrounded by trees to allow for some privacy. There is an outdoor deck, perfect for summer bbq’s and seating area.

There are 2 bedrooms downstairs - King and Queen. There are 2 bedrooms upstairs - Queen w/ sleeper sofa and the other bedroom has 2 twins.

Just a short drive to Cotuit's beautiful beaches - Ropes Beach & Loop Beach. Beach pass included for all Barnstable beaches.
