Great Home and Location for 2 Families(Sleeps 12)

I cannot say enough good things about this house. The pictures in the listing do not do it justice. Clean, spacious, amenities galore and a short walk to Bayview and Mayflower beaches. We came with our adult sons and their families including a 2 year old and a 16 year old. Space for the kids and all of the grownups to spread out! We had wonderful meals in the well equipped kitchen/dining area or on the large deck table. S'mores by the fire pit and comfortable warm showers both inside and out after the beach. The boys played Cornhole and whiffle ball in the large and lovely yard. All the beds were good and the furniture for relaxing very comfy.

We are a nearby Chapins which was very family friendly and quite good. The neighborhood was lovely and an easy out to 6a and shopping. I hope to be able to return again! Homeowners were great to deal with and easy to contact! show more show less

I honestly can't think of enough good things to say about this place! It was so clean when we got there. Very close to the beach (about 5 minutes walk).

Owners are very responsive to email and very accommodating - they let my family members in early before the check in time.

The space itself is even bigger than it looks in the pictures, so it is great for a trip with extended family members.

The yard is gorgeous and it's a bonus that they have yard games already there for renters to use.

I would not hesitate to book this place again. It was one of the best vacations we've ever had on the Cape! show more show less

We rented this home recently and had a great time. House was very clean and a short walk to Mayflower Beach. Home was spacious and plenty of room to sleep 12 comfortably. It is in a nice neighborhood to walk to the beach easily.

Owners were great to work with....very accommodating !

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this property. It was a short walk to beautiful Mayflower beach. The neighborhood was peaceful and the neighbors were friendly. Plenty of room to gather, and plenty of bedrooms for when you want some solitude. We will definitely be back.

We have been renting homes on the Cape for our family vacations for many years. This is our second time staying at this lovely home and we would recommend it to anyone staying in East Dennis. The layout of the house is perfect for an extended family visit and easily accommodated our family of 6 adults and 4 grandchildren. It is close to beautiful Mayflower beach and other beaches as well. We enjoyed barbecuing on the deck, the outdoor shower after a day at the beach and making s'mores on the firepit. Allen and Tania were a pleasure to interact with and we plan to return next summer. show more show less

I can't say enough about this beautiful home. We had such a great time when we vacationed there. This was the second year we have rented this home and can't wait to go back again next summer. The pictures do not do it justice. The house is very spacious and well equipped. There was not 1 thing we were looking for. The age range was from 63 - 3 and all had a SUPER time. The bedrooms are spacious and the downstairs is a bonus! The outdoor shower is awesome! The backyard has a beautiful firepit and a fun horseshoe pit. It is a short walk to Mayflower Beach and Chapins Beachside. Dennis Public Market is right up the street. You couldn't ask for a better location. You can tell that this is a well loved and maintained home. The owner should take great pride in it! show more show less

My family and I have been coming to Cape Cod for many years now and this house was perfect for us! The downstairs bedrooms and living room gave our kids an excellent spot to play inside during the day as well as sleep comfortably at night. The bedrooms were spacious and cozy. The upstairs living room and kitchen were an excellent place to hang out with the family on rainy days and have a few good laughs. The porch, backyard, and fire pit helped us have fun in the sun and make memories we will cherish forever. And how can you not enjoy the fact that the beach is only a few minutes away!? My family and I have been going to the Cape almost every year since 2000. Now that our four kids are grown, we need a house that can fit our growing family. We were looking for a house that can fit 12 people comfortably as our kids are bringing their significant others plus grandma and grandpa. This house is so perfect for us. The lower level with 2 bedrooms, living room and a den plus a bathroom gave my kids the privacy and ample space to spread out and get their work done on their computer.

The upper level is where mostly the older generation would hang out but the large dining table is the favorite place for everyone to gather at night or play a game.
Very close to Mayflower Beach. Close walk or they have a drop spot by the beach so you can avoid paying the 30 dollars to park your car at the beach.

There is a lot of room for everyone. The deck and the fire pit are added bonuses. The deck is comfortable to relax. Fire pit has room for everyone to enjoy and make smores. Everything in the house is updated and clean. Our four kids are giving this house a big thumbs up as well and told us that this is their best Cape vacation ever!
