All bedrooms have newly built-in closets and new beds and bedding. The master has a view of the water and a king bed. The second bedroom has a king bed and access to washer/dryer. The third bedroom has two twin beds. Linens will be provided.

The home offers breathtaking views of Weir Creek, and West Dennis beach is just 1/2 mile away (4 bikes included).

In the middle of the home is the sunny family room with views of the water, a comfy sectional with smart TV, and a game table.

There is also an outside shower for when you get home from the beach. Enjoy a fire in the evening or grill out on the deck overlooking the views.

The location will appeal to both beachgoers and boaters as it has a dock with 2 kayaks and room to bring your own boat. The Bass River Marina is less than a mile away to launch your boat and pull up to the dock in the back yard of the house. West Dennis beach is a very popular Mid-Cape beach with plenty to do for the whole family. It has a snack bar, kite flying area, showers and playground for kids. Pets considered.
