Our perfect family get together

Our week at your Eastham home was a delight. Perfect weather, nestled in the woods, with such a variety for a birdwatcher sipping morning coffee on one of the decks. This was the ideal location for our grown children to revisit the Cape with their spouses and us; a floor for each of us, two kitchens and decks, 3 baths and the quintessential outside shower- the Taj Mahal of all the ones we've had. Both kitchens well appointed and stocked. Spacious, well laid out with private room for all. Close proximity to the Superette, Windmill festivities, Great Pond, Seashore and bay beaches an easy bike ride. Our family is very grateful. The bottle of wine waiting for us was just the touch to let us know we were in for a terrific stay. Thank you. show more show less

Everything was great about this house. The separate floors and sleeping spaces were great for our extended family stay! Room for everyone! The house was also the perfect location to get to both Bayside and Atlantic beaches. The owners have done a great job of maintaining the house and made it very welcoming for us and were very kind and helpful. I highly recommend staying here!!!

My Response
Thanks so much! We are so happy you and your family had such a wonderful time in Eastham. You had gorgeous weather and you took advantage of everything The Cape has to offer. We try really hard to keep things in tip top condition and are so pleased that you found our home well maintained and welcoming. We'd love to have you back again! show more show less

We so loved staying at this charming home in Eastham! We were greeted with a bottle of wine on the dining table upon arrival and were delighted by how spacious (and clean!) the house was. Our week was fantastic — we went to Provincetown for the 4th of July Fireworks, hopped on the bike trail (right around the corner from the house) daily, enjoyed several beach days (with chairs, an umbrella, and towels provided by the host), had cookouts on the back deck, and shopped around the cute little antique and consignment stores in Eastham and Orleans. Definitely recommend staying here! show more show less

Hello! We are so delighted that you've landed on our listing. My husband Bob and I were high school sweethearts and settled in central Massachusetts to raise a family, vacationing here on the Cape each summer. Now that our kids have gone off on their own, we've finally realized our lifelong dream: owning a home on Cape Cod. We're so happy to share it with you!

What is special about this property?

We vacationed in Eastham all our lives before purchasing this property. We always loved the natural beauty and local attractions this area provides. There is something magical about the salty air in Eastham and the ease of life here.

The privacy of this home and its proximity to Bay and Ocean beaches is exceptional. With wildlife in our backyard that we can view through big open windows, and with space to sleep our whole extended family, this house fosters a whole lot of happiness.

What is special about your town?

EASTHAM, MA - GATEWAY TO THE NATIONAL SEASHORE
The Town of Eastham is a coastal resort community straddling the arm of Cape Cod. Located on the lower Cape, the town is bounded on two sides by land, the other two by water, the Atlantic Ocean and Cape Cod Bay. Eastham is a quiet town with several Ocean and Bay Beaches, a host of kettle ponds, pretty country lanes, panoramic views of Cape Cod Bay and the Atlantic Ocean, and lots of wide-open space for nature lovers. Pre-colonial stands of oak and pine were long ago harvested for fuel and shipbuilding and the terrain of the town is now heavily salt marsh and sand. The town was originally home to the Nauset Indians. In 1651, it was incorporated by a group of Pilgrims who settled here.
